Todos son muy amables. Nuestra habitación estuvo a dos pasos de la alberca y nos dieron a elegir entre planta baja o planta alta. El desayuno normal pero suficiente. Recomiendo ampliamente. Muchas gracias por hacer grata nuestra estadía.

Emerald cost stop

The address information is not accurate I was expecting to find the hotel in Tecolutla but is on the high way 30 or 40 minutes away. The bathroom is bigger than the room, not enough space to storage luggage and room door is trans lucid so pretty light up early in the morning. Construction site next door very noisy hammering at 8:00 am and the service at the breakfast area was poor. Over all the rate is too expensive no worth it to pay for this service and the place.

Lo que no me gustó fue la iluminación de la habitación, muy tenue. En el día prefería tener la persiana abierta para que entrara luz de lo contrario parecía que estaba en penumbras con los focos débiles del cuarto.

No se los recomiendo El segundo día de mi estancia tuve que estar atrás de ellos y no exagero para que limpiarán la habitación Había una fuga en mi baño. Nunca hubo señal de televisión El wifi de la alberca y restaurante no sirven La entrada a la playa es peligrosa Te corretean si ven que metes una bolsa con algo de comida La comida del restaurante no es mala pero no es buena. La atencion es pésima Te hablan muy feo para que desocupes la alberca

Sky mal (no pagaron el servicio) Fallo el agua caliente (tardaron en reparar) La habitación tenia tina pero sin tapón Drenaje olía y olía en varias partes del hotel Internet sin datos Restaurante mal organizado, los platillos tardaban muchísimo Sabanas y fundas de almohadas limpias pero con hoyos Ponen cafetera pero sin cafe de cortesía Lo rescatable, las albercas, camastros, jardines (la vista) y la playa.
