Great hotel outside the big city

Great hotel, great location next to train station, grocery stores, malls and dining. Quiet and clean. Breakfast was good too. Definitely recommend and will be staying here when I visit again

The property is an average hotel. We have booked two rooms in different floors, and both rooms' air conditioning were not working. That is even we tuned it down to 20 Deg C, we could only here fans were functioning but air remained warm.

I stayed this hotel many times and am happy for staff services as well as scenery view from the room windows, although the hotel property gets old enough. I would recommend replace room carpet and wall decorations.

Very good location with lots of shopping and amenities within walking distance. The room has beautiful unblocked view of the hotelโ€™s garden, town etc. Mr. Shiba at the front desk was very helpful. He speaks very good English.

The hotel lobby is nice but room is terrible. I can find a lot rubbish on the room floor. The room is too old and not comfortable at all.

Peaceful place near Kobe, close to highway.

Comfortable place in a silent neighborhood. Near highway interchange. Great if you are travelling by road.
