The main elevators were out and we were redirected to service elevator which you couldn’t summon without calling front desk. Toilet was filthy. Concert nearby was heard in room quite loudly. Hotel needs a serious makeover.

We decided to stay at the hotel after a concert. The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. We didnt eat at hotel so I can't comment on the food. My only 2 complaints: 1st the elevators were not working and guests had to use the service elevator. 2nd I left my favorite Starbucks water bottle in the refrigerator of my room. When I went back a few days later I was told it hadn't been turned in. I know I left it in there...someone kept it.
