Room too hot (set at 74 but kept going up on its own) and thermostat did not fix it. Only decaf coffee in the room, when I don’t like decaf. Lamp did not work and no place to plug it in. Tv was impossibly hard to use and they expected me to use my streaming services. No cups in bathroom to rinse after brushing teeth. On positive side staff was nice and the bed pillows awesome! (I frequent a hotel with rock hard pillows and hate that)

The hotel is good, but we found a “brown” stain” on the white bed cover… but John at the reception, gave us a clean one rightaway, he did because we checked in late and the cleaning people don’t work at night… They should be more careful and make sure that everything is perfect clean
