Staff was great, the room was not the cleanest some stuff on the floor the mirrors and tv had hand prints and smudging on them. Breakfast was super basic, was not bad but not many food choices.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The art highlighting Saratoga was a nice touch. Breakfast was hot and decent. Unfortunately, it had snowed the previous day and the parking lot and outdoor areas were poorly shoveled and barely plowed. Be aware that the pool and hot tub are outdoors and only available seasonally.
