We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, the hosts are lovely, the room we stayed in was charming, and the location is great, just a block from the horse racing museum and horse practice track. The victorian homes up the street are beatiful to walk by. Breakfast was excellent. We will be staying here again when we venture up this way.

Our stay was PHENOMENAL. Our 2nd time this year and we plan on making this a regular trip. To be able to stay away in a beautiful place thats like home away from home. Cozy and lovely

The Inn was lovely and the rooms were cozy. Food for breakfast was delicious and lovely service in the rooms downstairs with fireplaces. Great home feel . This was a great location in Saratoga SPRINGS. Sweet corgi - Abbey is there to make your stay even more lovely.

The Springwater Inn is a beautifully restored B&B. It is located in a residential area. The historic building has a cozy bar (great cocktails) and restaurant. We will definitely return.

The suite is well worth the price

We stayed in the suite the weekend before Christmas and had a fantastic time. The fireplace warmed up the whole suite in no time and offered lovely ambiance. The bathroom alone is worth it, with the deepest tub I've ever taken a long soak in. The breakfast was delicious and we opted to get it both mornings rather than trying for a table somewhere downtown. All together we had a cozier, more inclusive stay at half the price compared to a similar stay at The Adelphi on a previous holiday stay over. Highly recommended.

My partner and I had a great, though too short, stay at this nice, quaint B&B in Saratoga Springs. It is family run and we felt great about supporting a local, family-run business. The breakfast was freshly made to order by the owner and another chef and it was absolutely delicious. The bed was extremely comfortable and huge, and the bathroom was very nice and spacious. The gas fireplace in the room made it cozy on a cool fall evening and the view of the street from the balcony was adorable and quintessentially fall. I rarely leave reviews on hotels or B&Bs but this one was so lovely I felt like I had to write the review. We felt absolutely at home and have every intention of returning.
