We had a lovely stay here. We only stayed for a night, but the staff was so friendly and kind. I wish I remember the name of the woman who helped us with everything; she was amazing and so kind. Basic room, but clean and served its purpose. Comfy bed and pillows! Would definitely stay here again when we come back!

Location was great for walking around the city. The balcony room was a waste of money it literally felt like you were sleeping on the street due to all the noise. Housekeeping was a joke we left at 9:30 one morning and returned at 5 and housekeeping was still cleaning our room. We tried to check in early upon arrival and had to wait over three hours because room was not ready. Coffee is TERRIBLE and the food on breakfast buffet is horrible.

Walkable to everything and the River. It’s clean and new. If you don’t like to pay $48 for valet parking through the hotel then there’s public parking next door. Street parking is $2/hour and free from 8pm to 8 am.

This is the nicest Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful rooms, comfy beds and the breakfast in the morning was excellent. When in Savannah, we will definitely stay here again.

Room was not ready for an hour after check in. There was one staff member checking guests in. The line was through the lobby. The Manager on duty was not aware of the line, until I went to the back office and told her. Terrible experience. The should have been some sort of compensation.
