Warning: very high fees

I never would have stayed there if I had seen on your website all the additional charges. It should be available without digging through all the rooms. Also they had no bell service and very few carts. The person checking me in couldn’t care less. We had lots of bags and luckily our kids helped us out.

There are several benefits to staying in this hotel: well organized valet for easy in and out, onsite bar and breakfast, and best of all is the central location to the historical district. We visited during a busy time which caused longer lines and wait time for everything. It would have been better if the hotels managers anticipated the business and had more staff on hand to meet the guests needs more quickly. Overall, I would stay there again.

We were on the 7th floor Bay Street side, the traffic noise was unbearable at night. The hotel did move us after 2 nights but then we did not get maid service. I am requesting a refund.

The hotel was a great location. Staff were helpful and friendly. What I didn’t like was the deep base music that was almost vibrating the bed for three nights in a row until midnight or later. It was coming from a bar one block behind our room. Also, it was appreciated that the roo Was refreshed daily but replenishment of items was hot and miss like the complimentary waters and the coffee cups and pods. The location was perfect but the music noise was an issue. If I stay here again, I will request a room facing the river.

Hotel location is great and convenient, room was ver spacious how ever my room bathroom ceiling was in very bad condition, paint was peeling and mold. Also when i check my invoice I was charged for parking when I didn't had a car.

The hotel room was small. The bathroom sink was separate from the shower and toilet. The view from the room faced a business street which was very noisy. There was no self parking, just valet which was very costly. The hotel required a resort fee but the property was not a resort.

I stayed at this property while attending a conference. I loved the location, everything was in walking distance and I loved that you were given drink tokens to use at the hotel bar. They also had a restaurant and I ordered food the first night. The staff was very friendly and the parking valets were wonderful. I would recommend this property and would stay again.
