Our first room was deeply neglected since the water bottles were on the floor and the toilet paper holder was placed on the bed. We immediately requested another room, only to arrive at a room that had cracks in the paint in the shower, wall patches where I assume there were holes, and an even less ideal view compared to our first room. The blasting bass music from the square occurred every night until past 1am, leaving us unable to get a good night sleep in the mediocre bed. On the evening of Halloween, there was a lady throwing up in the lobby and quite clearly having a medical emergency, and nobody was attentive enough to be able to help her, leaving her on the floor while they allegedly called for help.
The breakfast was decent, but the “drink coupons” we “had to pay for as it was non negotiable” had a selected menu to choose from, and we were only allowed to pick one mocktail. For the price we paid for this trip, I was super excited to surprise my husband. I definitely won’t be going to this hotel ever again.
