Very nice at the front desk. We were upgraded to river view room for free, so we watched the sunrise. Stunning! Great location walkable to so much. Parking was a little steep, so we parked a block away in a parking garage for half the price of valet parking. The perks were nice as well to make up for the $25 resort fee although we forgot about a few! Overall a nice hotel in a great location!

The plumbing was awful We woke up the next morning shower stopped up with black stuff coming out up out of it. I was late to my anniversary dinner because they had to move us into another room and I didn’t like that not at all.
So how you don’t know if you have plumbing issue taking a parking off that’s not enough but I guess I’m gonna have to write to the upper people

This was the perfect place to stay in Savannah. It’s a great hotel with friendly staff and within close walking distance to all the downtown restaurants and places of interest. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we visit Savannah again.

Check-in was easy and staff was helpful and friendly. Greatly enjoyed the river view room. Watched the cargo ships and paddle wheeler cruise go up and down the river. Lovely terrace on 4th floor to enjoy the lights at night! Staff very accommodating when I chose to book the room for the second night.

Nice place

Beautiful place right next to river rooms were clean and nice but bathrooms were to small shower pressure was great needed help with luggage was going to cost more plus a 25 minute wait so took it down by myself to have to wait 25 minutes more for elevator because it was so packed and only 2 we’re running
