It’s was okay.

John Michele was the nicest person we had at the hotel, very friendly and helpful. I’m very disappointed in not being offered the complementary drinks, drink tickets and wasn’t told about how the pantry works. When I asked about this before check out the person at the front said there was nothing you can do bc we didn’t book directly through the hotel. I did like the bedding.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spqcious and clean with an excellent view of the river. However, there was a missing base tile in the bathroom. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back. The restaurant was a big negative. The quality and preparation of the food left a lot to be desired. It was too salty and overcooked.

Beautiful Hyatt is on the river and has a convenient location with easy access to the riverwalk, dining, and shopping. The buffet breakfast was plenty, and there was an omelet station. The room was clean and updated. The only drawback is that valet parking costs $50 per night, which adds up.

I did Not like that they charged me $75 a night extra for parking. Thats ridiculous!!! The hotel itself was wonderful and the staff spectacular. The faucet in bathroom had a leak in the side of it. The area a few blocks away from the hotel at night seemed as though there were quit of few homeless people. lighting needs to be better along front street.

The room was clean and the front desk staff was very helpful. The windows seemed to either leak or collect condensation as there were puddles of water on the interior windowsills in our room. It was very cold and rainy when we were there, so I’m sure that was a contributing factor. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed our visit.
