Read the fine print. Not one adminity is free. Not even internet. The building is old and blocks most of your phone signal to force internet putchase. The price listed for the room is literally just for a bed to sleep in. Rented a king with a balcony and got a family suite. This place is just an over priced love motel.

I love the location and was really glad I made the decision to stay there. My only wish is that I would have gotten a room that faces the river. My room faced the inside of the hotel. While I didn't have a problem with the room, I did ask for one facing the river but was told there wasn't one available because of construction noise (which really wasn't true). Nonetheless, if I were to visit again, I would definitely plan to stay here. Everything was great.

This hotel is nice. It's a little off the beaten path though and not as easy to walk from/to other areas of downtown - at least when I was there. There was construction going on around the riverwalk section and areas of the sidewalk that was blocked off that made it difficult to get to. The facility itself seems to be in need of some TLC. The staff at check-in wasn't very friendly and getting the luggage up the escalator - only up and not down, was a little challenging. Coffee half/half was spoiled in the room. Parking is convenient for Savannah if you have a vehicle. I thought staying here next the river would be nice, but it ended up being inconvenient as it is right now.

The property was at the end of River Street, where all the shops and restaurants are located. Great location for walking. Upon arrival we were given the wrong room, however after bringing it to their attention it was immediately rectified. Still not sure how you could make such a mistake if this is a job you do everyday, but that's neither here nor there. The food was surprisingly tasty, and to be honest I did not have one bad meal while on my visit to Savannah. The room was clean, some minor stains on the couch, but it wasn't a big deal. The pool was pretty small for the size and capacity of the hotel, the gym was equally small with only a few machines. Not really complaining just an observation. Would stay again.
