Worst place to stay. I had two rooms and both the rooms tv never worked. One room had a leak underneath sink and smells like a poo. Other rooms shower head and faucets had mold on it. When you complain to front desk the staff is unbelievably rude. Furniture and entrance door was damaged. Be careful if you book rooms in this motel.

Either understaffed or they simply didn’t care. No one ever serviced the room, EVEN after we called that morning asking for a service! We called that evening when we returned to the room and it’s took 2 hours just to receive towels and new bedding. The door on the mini fridge was gross. The “WiFi” was nonexistent, it never showed up the entire 4 days! It’s way cheaper to pay for public parking thank the what they charge you! Which free parking was advertised… the only perk is how close it is to the river. Outside of that, pay the extra 80$ and stay at the Hilton or Double Tree across the street!

They lied about my stay.They told me that it would be a extra fifty dollars to check in at ten a m. And they charged me for a whole day. I thought that was terrible. I had no choice but to pay for a whole day. Because I had food for the kids that needed to stay cold. They should have never told me an extra fifty bucks.And I would have planned ahead if I knew it was gonna cost me an extra hundred and twenty-five. For 2hrs.
