Convenient area nice staff there were just people smoking in the room next to us in our room already smelled like cigarette smoke. We had to check out early and leave.

Our room was on ground floor and close to sidewalk. All night long we heard the crowds of foot traffic going past. It was extremely loud and kept us awake. Motel is in a convenient location. It just really needs some attention to detail. Carpet needs steam cleaning, bathroom tile needs a good scrubbing, tv had terrible picture, concrete around communal area outside needs painting. There a puddles of water everywhere on walkways from air conditioners. Extreme slipping hazard. The bed was comfortable and the staff were pleasant.

Hotel needs security and more staff

TV wouldn’t work and they couldnt send anyone to look at it because they said they don’t anyone other than the person at the front desk. We also had a street vagrant hanging outside several of the doors and walking up and down in front of people’s windows on the sidewalk. Appeared to live on the street but looking for handouts or other things

The location is great and within waking distance to the river, city market and other sights. The room and breakfast were fine. However, they do charge per night for parking, as well as for early check-in.

This is an older motel type establishment and for the price it was great. In an awesome area but was way cheaper and was clean. Only stayed there for a night, and we did not spend a lot of time in our room.
