Beautiful hotel in a great location

Had a lovely stay at the Alida for my first trip to Savannah. The hotel was beautifully decorated and in a very convenient location. Parking was difficult to find and I ended up having to use the valet service, which had a high daily fee. The pool area was nice and dinner at Rhett was good. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

A few staff made the whole place shine. Overall, we felt like front desk staff was dismissive and slow to respond. However, the location is perfect, the rooms are great, decor is beautiful. Would absolutely stay here again.

It was nice, but our room was next to the outside lounge area and a guest a baumquet room so you couldnt open the window cause people can see in your room, and the bauquest room was moving a lot of stuff away and people in there so it wasnt quiet a lot of the time.

The two female staff members at the front desk were not very welcoming or kind to my kids; however the rest of the staff including the valet gentleman who assisted my frail father into his car , were gems !

My stay at the Alida Hotel in Savannah was nothing short of exceptional! The service was outstanding, with the front desk and valet teams going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, fully equipped with all the amenities needed. I loved the hotel’s chic mid-century modern design, which added a stylish and timeless vibe to the entire experience. The attention to detail and warm hospitality made our trip truly unforgettable. Rude front desk staff. Asked for upgrade and was refused. Put in a dark room and had to ask for a lighter room. Curtains were filthy. The air was wet and musty. Furniture in lobby and bar areas were heavily stained. A run down hotel that might have been lovely if kept up.

The Restaurant and the restaurant staff was the best part of our stay. Bar staff on main floor was very rude and we never used our free drink cards because of it. Upstairs Roof top was ok but nothing spectacular. For the price you would definitely expect more. Pool is very small, not enough room for guests, rooms are small, just not the WOW factor you would expect ! Very disappointed for choosing this one for our anniversary stay.

Great place to stay, good location. The accommodations were great more hotels ought to put water stations on each floor like this. They also already had packaged ice ready to go. The place was very quiet and cute. Rooftop bar was great.

Wonderful hotel! The staff was friendly, and expedient. Really great location, and the hotel is so stylish and cool. Melding new with old in the best of ways. The pool area was extremely well appointed with comfortable furniture. Great dining and bar options within the hotel, and within walking distance of the riverfront, shops, bars and restaurants. We are already planning our return.

What a memorable Savannah Luxury Hotel stay at The Alida. The Room was spacious, clean and beautiful. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Right in the heart of the Savannah Historic District. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!! We will be back!
