Property includes 200 feet of lake frontage with private dock so bring your boat! This is an outdoor persons delight. Cyclists love the challenging hills and amazing scenery. General store walking distance away featuring home cooked meals and souvenirs. Schroon is a short ride away featuring fine dinning , Dollar store, and a supermarket. 2 Kayaks /2 canoes on property for use. Propane gas grill for great outdoor cookouts. Firepit for evening campfires is provided. I do supply some wood. Hiking trails are located just up the block in Adirondack Park. Other trails are located on the west side of Schroon Lake. Cabin is available for rental all year around. Gore Mountain ski center is approx. 35-40 minutes travel by car. Driveway is paved and snow removal is provided all winter.
