We received complimentary nights from the manager due to issues during our first night. I really appreciated the level of customer service and hospitality. The property is clean comfortable and convenient. The breakfast was delicious and served fresh and hot. Staff was helpful, friendly and was willing to assist when needed. I would definitely recommend this property. I haven’t received this level of customer service at any other hotel property in a long time and was appreciative of the superb level of service.

The staff was great and the hotel is clean. They missed on the amenities. The lounge wasn’t stocked and coffee machine needed easy maintenance so it wasn’t available. The retail machines had Starbucks as offers but were empty.

Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly. I would give them highest marks across the board if not for the truly terrible food -- for example, I ordered the squash soup and it tasted like liquid pumpkin pie filling, far too sweet. The waitress noted I didn't eat much of it but didn't offer me a refund. I ordered pizza through room service and it was also disappointing.
