Views across the harbor to Boston were excellent from restaurant. The airport shuttle was not quick. You had to call after airport arrival which was not clear. There is a walking path outside but not convenient to downtown Boston.

We have stayed here twice and have loved it both times while on the east coast. Restaurant onsite, robes available and a free airport shuttle. We turned the rental car in a day early and got rides from the airport!

The Harboside Grill was excellent. The service was great and the food was great, I enjoyed my summer salad with grilled salmon and the hubby loved his burger. We sat on the patio with a lovely view over the harbor to Boston.

Great place to stay

The view was impressive. The convenience was perfect. Food was good at the restaurant. Not a great selection of wine but it was ok The bed and pillows were super comfortable! Wish there had been an extra blanket in the room but we called for one, it actually took 2 calls for it to be delivered but they did send one. Parking is convenient as is the park and town of bar harbor.

Had to ask the concierge for info on two occasions. Both were less than stellar interactions. Both of the gentleman seemed bothered and were bordering on rude. Surprised that type of person is put in front of the customer. If they were to be selling the city they failed miserably.

We love staying here when we travel to Ireland as it’s a great place to stay overnight with plenty to do. Every time we stay, we find something new that we haven’t yet experienced. We are originslly from this area but moved to North Carolina so this is a great welcome home and we enjoy our stay every time we are here.

Lighting in rooms and the lobby is quite dim. Only one restaurant and no room service. Would be nice to have a larger gift and snack area. Harbor taxi is great, water views terrific. As noted above staff and cleanliness are excellent. Quiet even though close to airport.

Great stay prior to our departure from the airport. It was nice to have the dining option though the food was average at best. Great view of Boston harbor, easy transfer to the airport. Very clean and comfortable room, I'd stay here again when using the Boston airport.

Close to the airport. Great walking path. Beautiful view of Boston’s skyline while watching the sunset with a glass of wine. Would definitely stay again when flying home.

I was disappointed in this property. It looks to be in need of some upgrades. The parking area looked like an abandoned lot and the fee for parking was quite hefty (much more than the previous night in a different hotel with an enclosed parking garage). The area in general was not very nice. The room was clean, but the carpeting looked worn and faded from the sun. The bathroom lighting was very very dim. We had a view of the bay/city which was very nice.
