Breakfast had very little to offer. There wasn’t any coffee at the time I went to get breakfast which was an hour before it was over. No fruit, nothing cooked except for a cold hard boil egg in a plastic sauce container. I really expected a better breakfast for the price of the room.

The facility under renovations and we were in a newer section. However, the cleanliness was not ideal. There was a huge wet spot on the floor and lots of leftover hair in the bathroom in the tub and on the floor. Unfortunate!

Basically no WiFi connection in our room. I have a heart device that requires WiFi to transmit heart information to Company. Shouldn’t advertise free WiFi and not have reliable service. No ice in ice machine and only one machine available????? One of our keys did not work

Our 2nd time there. The staff was very friendly, always had a hello and a smile on their faces. I just wish there were more places to eat. My husband nor I could not eat $60.00 each worth of seafood at the French Quarter. Otherwise we had an enjoyable time.

We arrived at the property at approximately 6pm and were told our room wasn’t ready. We had to wait for a room. We waited about 20 minutes until our room was ready. Resort is nice. It’s clean they are doing work in the property, but the resort was clean and our room was nice. We will stay again.
