I found a towel with blood in my room, also the sofa bed had hairs and some kind of bugs. Requested a refund to leave the hotel but it was not approved. Agency contacted the front desk and no assistance was provided. No apologies from the hotel management or any follow up.

I love this place. Their staff was amazing. The only two bad things was our shuttle from the airport was hand paint van (very sketchy) driver was friendly and apologized for vehicle, one of their elevator went down. So the lines and wait times were crazy long.

Overall the hotel was very clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was amazing, walkable to downtown transportation and Space needle and other attractions. The only problem was according to the photos, we were expecting to have pool at the hotel but it was not available.
