We got there and our room was under maintenance, they upgraded me at no charge and the staff was so friendly and made it insanely easy for me to check in AND extend my stay. They also applied my AAA discount that I completely forgot I had. This place is awesome, it was my second stay there and I’ll definitely be back.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The room needed a deep clean, lots of splatter on the door and by the desk. The mini fridge had a smell. The water was not hot at all. Had to take a luke warm shower each day. The beds was okay but the bedding and pillows were awful.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful and professional. We brought our dog with us and the property was dog friendly. The cheesy, bacon potatoes at the breakfast bar were amazing!

The room was nice and comfy. Everything was great. There was so much noise though so sleeping was hard because of doors slamming and walking above us. That’s probably a little out of your control. Overall it was a good stay for an overnight trip.

Friendly and accommodating staff. The central air unit in my room was antiquated. No numbers just a knob to adjust cold or warm. The cover was broken so when opened it to change the temperature, it fell off. The desk chair was loose and I almost fell over twice. The room was large. I loved the decor and the bed was extremely comfortable. TV is also old. I prefer streaming so a Smart TV would have been better.

This property it was beautiful nice view. It was an excellence condition. Also, the staff that speak Spanish and that’s one of the things I like because also I am Hispanic so it’s easy for me to communicate with them, but from there everything it was nice.

This was our third stay at this property. This time was not as good. We had to call for assistance with the TV remote, which really only needed new batteries. The lovely gal who came to help didn't bring batteries - she brought a new remote. That was fine, except it didn't work to turn the TV off, so we had to call her back, and initially we were told it was "too late at night," despite being a mother/daughter combo (so, safe). She was able to turn it off, but then it wouldn't turn ON the next morning. Couldn't win! Also the lighted mirror in the sink area didn't light up enough - we had to brush our teeth virtually in the dark. While the room was very clean, and we like the location and staff, this particular stay wasn't without issues.

When I booked this hotel for 1 night on Expedia, I made the request to have a high floor on a quiet side as I’m a light sleeper. When I checked in online directly with the hotel, I noted the same room request. I completely understand that my request isn’t guaranteed. When I went to front desk right in check in time at 3pm, I was given room 118, a room on the first floor closest to the front desk and breakfast dining room. I feel it’s one of the worst rooms given the location. I could hear the front desk talking to customers from the room. I texted asking if there was another room I could switch to and they offered an upgrade at a minimum $10 extra. I declined after discussing with my partner as we thought it might be quieter at night. The room was pretty quiet later in the night. At 2am, there was a woman yelling from another room. Not the fault of the hotel and it eventually stopped after a few minutes. At 6am when breakfast started, I could hear constant noise from customers eating breakfast. It wasn’t a restful night. I’m not sure if I got this room because I didn’t book directly with the hotel and the hotel didn’t seem that busy. A lot of positives: room was clean, had a microwave and small fridge, free coffee and water in the lobby, a good complimentary breakfast, nice size pool and hot tub, small gym with free weights, a Peloton, and a few other machines. Front desk staff I interacted with was efficient but not very friendly. Wouldn’t stay again due to the noise.

Cancel Early Check-in Service Charge

The hotel is good, clean and remodeled. Only complaint is about the $25 surcharge to check-in early (btw 1 and 3) even if a room is available. Most competitors don’t do this.
