This hotel was in a great area. Perfect for seeing all the sights. The hotel itself was very clean and is charmimg because of its age. Also the staff was great and accommodating. The negetives would be that there are so many drug addicts on the streets of Seattle and the streets smell as well. Never felt unsafe but worth considering if going.

Very nice hotel lobby with good restarting. Clean and nice rooms. Second floor room faced onwards onto a roof and other rooms which was ok, not the most ideal, but was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Check in was very easy. Parking nearby was also seamless

Great hotel and we enjoyed our stay. We had the bunk bed room - the full size bottom bunk was very uncomfortable and is the only reason I didn’t rate five stars. I will return but will pass on this room option next time.

Dear Palihotel Seattle Team, I recently stayed at your property and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While I was excited about the location and design of the hotel, my stay was seriously affected by two major issues: 1. Noise disruption – I was woken up multiple times during the night by extremely loud trash truck activity outside. The noise was constant and made it nearly impossible to get any meaningful rest. I understand the hotel’s proximity to Pike Place Market may come with some city noise, but this was beyond reasonable levels for a hotel stay. 2. Uncomfortable and noisy bed – My bed creaked loudly with even the slightest movement, making it difficult to sleep. For a boutique hotel at this price point, I expected a much higher level of comfort. Given these issues, I do not feel that the experience lived up to the quality that Palihotel is known for. I kindly request a partial or full refund for this stay. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously, as I believe it could help improve the guest experience for others in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you.

2 nights, would return again.

Great location, food, drinks, and service. It’s an older building so even though the furnishings were updated the room was small and oddly arranged. But we made ourselves at home and liked it. Be sure to wear earplugs while sleeping if you have a windowed room. It’s truly a downtown vibe. Street traffic, people etc. Busy.

Harry was friendly, helpful and genuinely kind. I will definitely stay there again just because of him. The restaurant was good and so was the room but the staff can definitely make it or break it and they were all kind. Thank you 😀

Good location close to everything. Very noisy at night. sounded like garbage pickup and then someone screaming and using foul language for about 30 minutes at 1 AM outside.

Terrible, do not stay here.

We booked this hotel based on its glowing reviews and prime location, but unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations. Upon checking in at 3pm, I was met with a surprisingly rude and unhelpful front desk staff. The hotel lacks parking or valet service—you’re left to self-park two blocks away, which was inconvenient. The building is clearly quite old, and that shows in the amenities. Water pressure in the shower and sink was inconsistent, cutting in and out throughout use. The power outlets were only available on one side of the bed, and the outdated TV barely worked, limited to a few local channels and needing frequent restarts. While the location is great, it does not justify the steep price given the poor service and deteriorating condition of the building. Unless you’re prepared to deal with a series of frustrations during your stay, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. I travel often and that is saying something. It starting with the lack of parking The front desk never answered the phone when we checked she did not look up when asked where the parking was she just pointis to a sign with “touchless parking” What it should have said it is careless- go to a lot 3 blocks away. Then when I asked the maid to make up our room she said to ask the front desk- weird but ok.... I did then the man said I had a fifty fifty chance of getting it cleaned What a surprise- didn't happen My favorite part is then they said we had to make 24hr reservation to get your room cleaned Beyond. My partner went to Target to get towels- cause there was none replace Then went to get a coffee in the restaurant- I waited in line &when I got to the front of the line- they said they couldn't make coffee to go. Despite having two barristas Then tried to watch tv or sync up streaming from lap top...nothing and no help from front desk The shower was a dribble not a shower. I went downstairs last night to grab dessert with a friend We got there before 9, placed our order to an audible gasp from the waiter who said they will be closing soon But they weren't yet After ordered we waited 25 mins and there was literally no one in the restaurant. Every interaction with the staff here has been shockingly bad And to the point of ridiculousness We’re now betting on what new ridiculous things we will hear today
