I loved the location. It is two blocks from the Pikes Market. The room was unique and newly updated. Best pillows ! The restaurant downstairs was excellent! Loved the H and H breakfast choice! The only thing we didn’t like was the coffee maker and we couldn’t get the bedside lights to turn on. Also, there wasn’t a microwave in the room. Those things weren’t that important to us, and we will definitely stay there again!

This is one of my go to hotels in Seattle. It’s Art Deco decor, and it’s cleanliness and comfort make it a great choice. It can be a little loud from street sweeping but other than that it’s a great find.

I've stayed with this property multiple times and I was so disappointed this trip to the point I will not come again. First, it's so loud at night with trash trucks coming from 11pm-6am, you can hear people screaming all outs of the night. Second, the water would randomly shut off and hotel staff claimed it had to do with city pipes but imagine being covered in soap for 5-10 minutes at a time with no running water in the shower or sink. Lastly the TV never worked, called every day and each time I was told they'd fix it. The only reason the TV really bothered me was because I couldn't even use it to drown out the outside noise at night.

There was a loud garbage truck near the property, but other than that, it was a GORGEOUS stay. I loved every minute being there. I wish my house looked like my room!

Great location, walkable to everything. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Older building, lots of wear and tear. Had a minute when the water stopped in the middle of a shower for no apparent reason. But still a nice stay.

I loved my room, my only complaint is that there was no privacy film on the bathroom window so you didn't feel that you needed to choose between the natural light and privacy, and I wish that there was a bathtub.
