Everything was great except the very unfriendly front desk gal that was working the afternoon of 10-31-25. No smiles, no friendly welcome. Rude to our 3rd guest that arrived before we did. Wasn’t exactly accommodating to finding a solution.

The airport shuttle was right on time. The staff was friendly…. One complaint- I booked 1 type of room- then they said that the room had to have maintenance- so they offered me an option for a room with a smaller bed or pay more for the room with the larger bed and it was 15 more dollars…. So I felt like they were making me get an upcharge.. it was only 15 more dollars… but I feel that they should have given me the room without the upcharge
