We were not aware that the shuttle ended at 11pm. Unfortunately our flight was delayed and we missed the last shuttle by 10 minutes. Our room was very dirty. It’s like they changed the sheets but didn’t vacuum. The room also did not come supplied with the necessary bedding for the pullout bed. We were given a broken mattress protector and no pillows. Very disappointing.

I Recently stayed at the Residence Inn Marriott location and unfortunately had one of the most exhausting experiences after a 14-hour flight. When I accidentally rode the wrong shuttle that took me to Marriot Seatac Airport, the graveyard operator told me they couldn’t pick me up—even though the shuttle driver later told me he could have picked me up because it was on the way. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes before the driver took me back to the airport. When I finally arrived, the front desk assigned me Room 119—a handicap room with a strong unpleasant odor. I explained that I did not book a handicap-accessible room and asked for the room category I paid for. The front desk agent told me the hotel was fully booked and that no other rooms were available. I then contacted Expedia, where I made my reservation, and reported the issue. After Expedia called the hotel, suddenly the room category I originally paid for became available. It took nearly an hour before I was moved, but the new room was significantly better and clearly what I should have been given from the start. After a long international flight, this was extremely disappointing. I had been looking forward to relaxing in the correct room, but the delays and issues meant I didn’t make it to the mall or even to any open restaurants in time. Will I come back? Maybe. Would I recommend this hotel? Maybe—but only with caution.

Room was clean. Convenient location. Would give it 5 stars, but the WiFi and internet sucked. Constantly dropping, or poor connection. Would gladly pay more for a secure, high speed connection, but not available. We have a mobile printer, but could not get a reliable WiFi connection to print. Went to find a business center, but there is none, just a study room. Fortunately, the front desk person was very helpful so that we could print out time sensitive documents. Breakfast was decent. Fairly walkable to get to restaurants or train station. It was really nice to have shuttle service.

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms have an apartment feel with plenty of kitchen necessities. We loved having a toaster. Breakfast had good options. Nice laundry facilities too. Shuttle is from 5 am to 11pm. Hotel is a short walk to the rail line, bus stops. The airport is only a few minutes drive away.
