The service was truly top-notch. The front desk staff and bellhop were extraordinarily responsive, providing extra coffee packs when we needed them, getting extra cups for the room, storing our bike when we went to see a show. I would highly recommend.

Perfect location. Quiet. Safe. Definitely would book here again without question. Only thing I wish is that they had a dedicated self-park, but the WAC parking across the street is sufficient. Check in was quick and easy, as was checkout. I’d personally rather NOT be charged the resort fee, but it comes with perks so it makes it better.

Staff was less than helpful. Keys kept losing access to members area. Their printer in lobby didnt work but they had enough ink to make a sign telling you to go buy prints from FedEx upstairs. Pillows were crap. Restaurant attached had fish that tasted terrible. Otherwise, it was great! We stayed 2 nights. Lol.
