This hotel was a decent place to stay within a fairly easy commute of Seattle. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The pool looked a little small, but we didn't have time to try it. The gym was ok - the precors were squeaky, but the treadmills, bike, and weights worked well. There seemed to be plenty of stores and restaurants in the area.

We had requested housekeeping for our room 3 days in a row and front desk just kept saying we'd be added onto the schedule for the next day, the day would come and housekeeping wouldn't tend to our room as we requested and this was a constant issue with them and the front desk continued giving us the runaround with it.

Just a few miles from the airport with a shuttle to and from SEATAC airport. Staff was so helpful and cheerful. Very nice suite style rooms. Noce breakfast options.

Very pleasant staff. Pool was closed but overall it was a very pleasant experience. The breakfast was good and convenient. The room was very clean and well laid out. Overall, minus the out of order pool, the stay was great.

I had a very disappointing experience during my 3-night stay at this hotel. The first room I was given smelled strongly of urine, which was extremely unpleasant. I asked to be moved, but even in the second room, I felt itchy every time I slept—raising serious concerns about cleanliness or possible bed bugs. I had requested room cleaning well ahead of time, but no one ever came to clean during my entire stay. On top of that, there was visible mold in the bathroom, which is both unsanitary and a health hazard. When I brought up these issues, the only thing the hotel refunded was my deposit. I was not offered any kind of compensation for the extremely poor conditions I experienced.

The shuttle service was just the cherry on top of the sundae! My experience here was a 10/10 clean rooms comfy beds and the breakfast buffet had so many options to choose from!
