It was a nice hotel to stay for family, the inly thing i dont like is around the area wwhen you get out from the parking outside is too narrow and a lot of cars parking on narrow street, to congested. But other than that excellent rooms and we are 8 in one room very convenient.

The service was not the best. We asked for extra towels and it took over an hour to get them. The breakfast service was so dirty, there wasn’t plates, none of the drinks worked. The elevators were constantly down. There was only one that worked the entire time. I wouldn’t stay again

Very nice hotel, they allowed us to have a breakfast before the check in. That was kindly. The property has great amenities but we’d like to have a sauna in the spa.everything's clean and renovated .

We typically choose Staybridge when possible over other hotels but this time, they missed the mark. Shining stars of our stay were the front desk staff! Every single one of them were nice and welcoming every time we interacted. While it's great to have safe, onsite parking - it was not an easy in and out. Our room was clean enough but still had a layer of dust on everything and the couch in the room should be thrown out. Stuffing coming out the front and not even remotely comfortable to sit on with lumps and stains on the arms. Worst part of our stay was breakfast. What a joke! An hour after it started, no plates or cups to found. Food nearly gone, what was left was either cold (scrambled eggs) and so dry that you couldn't choke it down (bagels). Milk for cereal was warm. One single person was somewhat attempting to fill things but no urgency at all with several people waiting for plates/cups/food. We didn't even try the rest of our stay and got breakfast elsewhere. Super disappointing considering the breakfast is one of the reasons we usually love staying at Staybridge Suites. Hopefully some of these issues were due to being a sold out weekend!

It was great for my family of four. The space we needed and the amenities were perfect for our short stay. The Continental breakfast was fantastic! The potatoes were delicious and the be waffle and bagel bar was a hit for the whole family. The pool and hot tub was nice although the buildup was a little gross in the hot tub… the grime was very yellow. We defiantly took a really good shower after. Other than that, Great stay. We would totally stay again.
