The hotel staff was cordial. The restaurant for dinner was amazing!! The hotel lobby has been updated. The elevator is having some repairs. I did a pre-check in and asked some amenities and they weren’t in the room. It might seem like no big deal but when you check in ahead of time because you have a packed weekend and you don’t have a blanket, extra pillows, tea bags for the morning & the water they said would be there—it’s disappointing. Especially with prices these days. We did get 1 hour complimentary late check out. Our shower wouldn’t fully turn off—the water kept running. Which was annoying & wasteful. I love the convenience of this hotel so I hope next time they can do better.

Staff were helpful, room was clean, and location was perfect for shopping, Nordstrom, Coach, Urban Outfitters, etc. Pikes Place was a straight walk about 19 minutes. Literally across the street from Paramount theater.
