Not wheelchair or handicap friendly at all. Valet service was okay but be sure you have your ticket to get medications out of your vehicle in a medical emergency or be ready to argue with them about what keys are yours. And call ahead to be sure rooms are ready at check in time.

Overpriced, outdated

Our stay at the Warwick Hotel was average, and fairly overpriced. The building itself is a bit outdated. While old fashioned can be good, it must be properly maintained in order to truly give off the right impression. The Warwick unfortunately fell short on this part. Lots of scratches on furniture and fixtures. The flooring could also use a makeover. Upon arrival to our room, we quickly realized the sink drainage plug was broken. No water could drain. On our second day, the cleaning staff took our hand soap away. When we called the front desk for more, they promised to send more however we never received it. The parking situation is also less than favorable. On top of already paying $250 per night, you must pay an additional $50 per night to park at the hotel’s garage. Also, the “balcony” in the room is merely a sliver of concrete, barely 1ft wide. One thing I will give good credit for it the pool area was fairly nice. This hotel has potential to provide a good stay, but is certainly not worth $300 per night.

The view of downtown Seattle was amazing. The only issue was the carpet in the room we stayed in needed to be cleaned. When walking around in white socks, the bottoms turned black in a few minutes.

The hotel was clean and what stood out the most was how nice the staff was. The only problem we ran into was the pricing was a bit strange, we were originally quoted $600 I believe and ended up with an $800 bill because of all the added fees. In addition to that, parking fees were about $40 per day. Overall good location and very helpful staff.

Bathroom was dirty and needs updates. Ceiling tiles loose and could easily come down, injuring someone. Sprinkler head over tub - Kleenex stuffed around the fire sprinkler head due to large gap in the ceiling tile. Sticky substance on bathroom floor. Poor tv reception. One note, staff were always friendly and wanting to help.
