Not Worth It

The “balcony” is about a foot wide, the bathroom was tiny, you have to use your room card every time you use the elevator, the front doors are closed after 9:30, and if you’re booking through Hotel.com just know there’s a $100 per night deposit fee in addition to your reservation. The bed was comfortable, pretty view, and building is close to everything.

$42 for the parking. But you can park on the street till 8am free in the evening. I got a very nice room until I found out that the room is right behind the elevator which can make sounds.. Other than that it's a perfect stay

Overall, my stay was excellent. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We had a great view of the city and surrounding buildings. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring all the city sights like Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, Chinatown, and several museums. However, our bathtub would not drain properly. We informed the front desk and they fixed it quickly, but the fix didn’t last and the tub started to fill again to the point that after a 15 minute shower, the tub was more than half full. The walls are a bit thin and my friends and I received a complaint despite just talking in our normal voices. We are all soft-spoken, so that really shocked us. We tried to be more mindful and didn’t receive a complaint again. It could have just been a particularly picky neighbor. The continental breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again despite the tub situation.

Young girl in the AM as a waitress in the restaurant was not customer service friendly, should reconsider the people you have working. Not everyone has it to be in the costumer service industry! Parking is overpriced but you are in Seattle it’s to expect however should have a reduced pricing on people who are already staying in the hotel!

We loved our stay so much that we extended it! Our only issue is with Margaux, the restaurant. We did take out and brought the orders to our room ourselves. Our first dinner was fantastic! The crab cake and fish and chips were awesome. Breakfast the next day, there were no potatoes in the hash, we asked for salt and pepper and didn't get it, and we didn't get toast. For dinner we got an order of fries, and didn't get ketchup we asked for but got ranch. We had to go back down to get it. We brought the issues up to the restaurant and were surprised to hear, "Hmm that's weird." I called to Guest Services to get decaf coffee and extra cups and never recieved it. Our stay was rad and we will be back, but the little inconveniences just kinda added up.

This hotel was conveniently located and had decent security. staff was friendly, and I really appreciated that the pool was open late every night. The bathroom had water damaged ceilings, and the bathtub didn't hold water due to a broken plug. The "balcony" wasn't much of a balcony- no room to move around, and no more than one person could be outside at a time. The cost for parking was a bit outrageous considering the fact that we also had to pay a resort fee, and the deposit was $100 per night. We ended up paying for parking offsite on a lot around the corner and paid less for four nights than I would've for two days at the hotel.

There was a smell of mildew in the bedding. Someone attempted to break into our room in the middle of the night on the 19th floor. Parking costs were excessive, with no ADA access. Had to walk with my luggage 8 floors in the parking garage because there was no elevator. In forty years as a road warrior never have I had a worse experience at a hotel.
