It seems to have a management problem which affects everything! The restaurant & lobby were very slow due to inexperienced employees & no one seems to be in charge. We walked into our room to find another guest already in the room . The restaurant messed up food order then took forever to bring dessert we were there over 2 hours . There is no elevators to the lobby from parking lot. 6 floors u have to walk with luggage or drop it off outside then park your car. The lobby was constantly full of people waiting for rooms to be cleaned. There are way better hotels at this price in this area in Seattle.

Nice hotel

We were able to store our bags as we got there very early after our cruise. When we got back to check in it was very hectic. Things went smoother after that and we enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable room. Nice heated pool. Friendly staff.

The view was spectacular. Great lighting that came in through the big windows/ slider door that it has. Comfortable bed and comfortable pillows. The shower was beautiful. Clean room over all . The service we got when we needed it was amazing. The restaurant that was there on the first floor of the hotel has great food, good quality food and great service. Over all amazing experience for first time out in Seattle. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay at this hotel again.

Location was helpful for our needs. Pool was very warm, hot tub was nice to relax in. Staff friendly, accommodating and professional. Helpful to have garage to park in, though small and tight. Nice to have them make our beds everyday. In need of a little updating, but has its hey day charm of marble, comfy pillows and nice cotton sheets.

Well situated, i was disapointed by the lack of customer service during check in with no explanation about what so ever (breakfast, time, pool and so on...) The room had a good size but need refurbishment especially in the bathroom. It was a pity that the hotel can not prioritize my request or accomodate to be on a higher floor and far from elevator. would not pick this one during my next visit to Seattle

Loved our stay, staff was helpful and accomodating. They were quick to assist when our room was not cooling down and moved us into another room within 30 minutes of letting them know there was a problem. Lots of places to ex0lore within walking distance.
