Great location Friendly staff Clean and new room Pool and fitness room I think I had to pay$25 per day for parking in an outdoor ungated lot. I wish they would have let me pay cash for the parking fee instead of having to use my foreign credit card I wish they would have given some complimentary bottles of water

Overall, we had a great stay. Staff was great, the room was very clean. The pool area needs a bit of attention, it was not very clean. There is also very little room in the pool area. Otherwise we had a great stay

Horrible Check in Experience!!

Check in service when arriving was horrible! I booked my stay through Expedia.com and not sure what went wrong that my name wasnt matching the hotels information for booking and receptionist accused me of identity theft (which I would never) and she was very rude saying she can't check me in but she showed no customer service, wasn't helpful at all. After half hour or so that i made some calls to get my information fixed then finally was able to check in. I will never come back due to the horrible check in experience and that specific lady that was at front desk on July 18, 2025 during night time.

The room had a live beetle, and mosquitoes. Sofabed was uncomfortable. The bartender lady had unwelcome behavior. I did not appreciate it. Service was 2 out of 10. I was served on July 15th, 2025 around 9 pm. The hotel was fine, the check in was fine. Not my best stay.
