Although traveling with a special needs adult presents issues in and of itself, we expect certain things that make a stay comfortable and draws us back in the future. Not intended to sound negative, but in general, we most likely will not return to this property. First - we were unaware that this was a vacation timeshare property and that we were expected to attend a 90-minute presentation on the property. This does not happen with a disabled adult child. We were delayed during the check-in process because of this. Very uncomfortable. The furnishings were less than desirable with cracking, loose tile in multiple areas, the caulking was a mess, the refrigerator worked but was frustrating as the doors were difficult to open. The carpet was absolutely filthy, the windows were filthy, the closet was a joke making it very difficult to hang clothing and maneuver. The bathroom door opened into the room which we walked into during the first night not realizing it was opened and only inches from the side of the bed. The layout of the bathroom was perfect. The cabinets in the kitchen are cheap and shoddy and what could have been a "maybe" is definitely a "no"! Also, we did not know that the pool was too far away for ease of access. We were hoping for a much better experience. This does not dim our view of beautiful Sedona, but probably won't utilize this particular facility again.
