Nice property. Very clean. Feels like a home away from home. Spacious kitchen and deck. Parking right in front of the unit. Secured wifi, good for remote work. Location not close to restaurants and parks.

Great, private park models. We stayed in a 1 bed room. Plenty of room for 2 adults. Foldaway sofebed in the living room for 4 total but I imagine that would be tight. Galley style kitchen. Fully stocked with settings for 4. There is a stove top & microwave/convection oven. No regular oven. Staff very nice & helpful. 1 down side is we were next to outdoor fountain which made sleep difficult. Oh & upon check in prep for a slight sales speil, they give you your card keys then say you need to go to the concierge for your parking pass. Then they offer you discounted activities if you sit through a presentation. Low pressure but a little annoying after long day of travel. Pools and hottubs awesome! Wonderful laundry facilities.

Good base in West Sedona

Nice one bedroom lodge with all we needed for a 5-day stay in the area. Located about 2 miles west of the main part of town, but a good base for hiking in the area. Kitchen had all we needed to cook dinners and dining area comfortable. Nice soft firm bed. Free on site laundry with supplies provided.

We were a little taken back by being told after checking in that this lady in the next room would give us our parking paper. Turns out they apparently have this 'lady in the next room' giving you more than a parking pass but a rundown on them being a time share and all the benefits they would give us if we were interested in all this. Didn't know this was a time share community. Still thinking about coming back.

We were so blessed to have scored this accommodation just a couple days before our trip. We stayed 3 nights, 1 bed room & the sofa pull out for us and my son. The place was very clean! Everything we needed was provided, lots of towels, floors clean and everything working well. We loved the location and the property felt safe. We enjoyed the pool and the adult hot tub was more like a small pool very nice! We did not see many employees around there is a lot of privacy and even between the other neighbor's. We have decided that we would stay here again, when we return.

The resort was good but front desk staff not. Multiple mistakes on their end. When they couldn’t find the reservation at check out; frontdesk resorted to accusations, rather than just checking out by room number

Good but dated resort with unfriendly staff

Nice heated pool, several spas, grill facilities and decent trailer home rooms make it a good choice for families. Has seen better times and upkeep is so so. Ping pong without balls is useless, the Kitchen is too small, and the staff is mixed. We stayed 3 days and every day there was a mix up. Show some staff were apologetic and fixed the situation, others resorted to gaslighting and yelling.

Hidden gem. At the very end of Westside, for those that want rustic and not near/at Uptown. Individual casitas (units) was just what we needed. Other than the gal who was cold and condescending at front desk check-in, everything else was perfect.

Hidden Gem and Super Quiet

It is a hidden gem. Super quiet. The pool was closed for renovations but the hot tubs were open and we enjoyed those. The units are a bit older and need some updating but it was nice not sharing walls with anyone.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, tried to sell. E a time share, but didn’t drone on. Air conditioning didn’t work. No hot water, but they quickly fixed the water. A few broken fountains here and there gave a rundown vibe. Many switches that have no purpose
