The location is ideal. 15 mins walking distance to Myeongdong Street. Other than that nothing to shout about. Amenities in the room is bad. Nothing was provided. The toilet looked like a one star hotel. The room temperature couldn't be adjusted. During winter either you leave the heater running which will be hot till death or you off it and opened the window to get some cold air. The floor is very dirty. We staying there for 3 nights and they telling us outright no change of towel until Day 2. And they only change towel and not room cleaning. Will not come back to this hotel anymore.

The location was great, really took just 3mins to walk to Euljiro 3ga station. It’s also walkable to Myeondong, Lotte World but it takes around 15-20mins depending on your walking speed. We didn’t like the TV, was not able to watch any shows. Not a smart tv, cannot be connected to YouTube/Netflix etc. Also, they have a unique policy of changing the linens and clearing trash every 2-3 days, which was not expected. One of the reason why we chose a hotel stay this time is so that we can come back to a fresh linen everyday. However, other than that, we were okay with the stay

Our first room was horrible - mouldy, dirty, and with leftover rubbish. When we told the reception staff they were very apologetic but did not seem surprised. The new room they gave us was better and much cleaner, but still smelled of mould. The best thing about the hotel was how close it was to a convenient train station, which made getting around Seoul very easy. If not for that and for how kind and helpful the staff were when we had questions, we would have left.

The location is great. The room was ok ...i believe compared to other places in Seoul, it was big enough for thr 2 of us. Though the bathroom was built into the room with glass walls which was a bit weird and unsettling esp since I was travelling with my son. The other biggest niggle for me was the cleaning. Please know that while you can pick up fresh towels and cups from the Reception, they do not clean the room daily. We found this icky because we would use cups, cutlery etc as well as of course used tissues in the toilet were not cleaned out till we started asking for it everyday. Even then, trash didn't get taken out and the vacuum was definitely not done in the entire week we were there. Other than that, it was great. Right next to the Line 2 subway that you need to go anywhere. Also had the Wowpass machine in the lobby which was very convenient for us and we used thr DMZ tour advertised at the hotel since we got a hotel pickup. The folks at the lobby were quite responsive. We didn't have breakfast so no idea about the food available there.

Great location and perfect for a couple of touristy days in Seoul. My only gripe is that when I tried to buy a coffee at breakfast a member of staff literally shooed me away. He later came over to tell me it wasn’t free and I had to pay, even though I had approached the machine credit card in hand. Aside from him, everyone was delightful and I would thoroughly recommend the hotel!
