Location is excellent, right in the centre of activities and walking distance to food and shopping.. Subway is right downstairs. Room is clean and spacious. Staff is polite and helpful. Good shower facilities with both shower head and rain shower with good water pressure.

Outstanding experience in Shenzhen

This was our 4th stay at this hotel, and it is always our 1st choice when we are staying in Shenzhen. The hotel is impeccably clean, the staff are absolutely fantastic, and the breakfast buffet is awesome - a great experience, every time! They all go out of their way to ensure a great experience, and they do not disappoint - thank you!!

Good location near Dongmen pedestrian street. Helped to carry our luggage from the car and bring to the lobby. Also helped one of our elderly in wheel chair to get into the car. They gave us a bottle of wine and a plate of fruits even though we did not tell them one of us are celebrating her birthday. Very grateful to the service provided to us.
