Very nice staff. Would recommend this hotel.

It was conveniently located for my activities. It was clean, the staff was very cordial and the room was clean and comfortable. The a/c was good. I did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. The only thing I could ask for improvement on is the tv guide on the tv is too wide to be able to see the channel numbers on the left.

We were traveling from Dallas to Fort Smith. Found this on Expedia at 1 am for $87 total. Very basic room. Perfect for what we wanted. Slept for 6 hours and back on the road. Staff was very friendly. The outside entrance door didn’t have a lock, that was my only complaint. Very convenient location.

The property is well maintained. Staff is courteous and professional. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The property was very nice, quiet setting, peaceful and the house was the perfect size for my husband and I. Tanya was great. She meant us the first day which was nice. The animals she had were fun to watch. Will definitely book this place again when visiting family. Thank you Tanya for your hospitality.
