Disappointed

The beds were fine, the air conditioning works good, the carpet is nice. But it seems like there is a lot of redoing and covering up very old outdated stuff. It needs a bigger TV and change the furniture to less heavy. The room was so dark you couldn’t see anything, especially by the refit and micro. The bathroom is in need of upgrades for the shower and toilets. Maybe a trip to newer hotels could give you ideas of what is needed.

Relaxing stay I enjoyed

Location right off the service road. Look the the entrance sign (not lit). The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. A/c worked great also. No complaints. Breakfast was fresh. Manager and staff friendly. Food option within walking distance including Starbucks and an asian buffet. Gas stations and grocery stores also within a few blocks. If you want to swim, the pool is only open after Memorial Day. Will definately stay again.

The last remaining hotel was the one I had to stay at. The lady at the desk was very kind and helped me. The room appeared to have been cleaned, but the carpet was disgusting. My socks were completely destroyed, and they were black. The unpleasant odor permeated every aspect of the room. I opened the window, but there was no screen. The noise was incessant throughout the night, preventing me from sleeping more than an hour. The female clerk who was the last person to run the desk should not be the only person responsible for these issues. It is intimidating for her to ask grown men to be quiet, and she has tried to address the problem, but they have been unresponsive. I stayed at the hotel for work, but I have not slept at all in over 24 hours. All of my clothes are now stinky. I would rate the smell and air quality as negative. This is a 58.00 motel, not the 119.00 that I was charged.

Okay Hotel but Needs a Bit of Attention.

The hotel was okay. The corners could use some cleaning and I saw hair left on the bathroom floor. There wasn't an elevator and the pool was empty. There was an issue with the hair dryer cord so it cut in and out. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was supposed to be until 9, but at 8:30 they ran out of eggs and when I asked the staff, they said they weren't going to cook anymore. Breakfast was also kinda sparse.

This is not a five star hotel, but the accommodations and the stay were just what we needed for an affordable hotel, on a last minute booking. Will stay here again in the future.

After checking reviews I thought this would be a nice clean stay for my daughter and myself. We arrived late evening just in time for bed. The walls were marked up, makeup or other items on the walls. The paint had bubbled from water in the walls. The bathroom had hair in the tub and floor. The floor had also dirty. When I shut the bathroom door the back of the door was discussing, I have no idea what all was on it. Please don’t believe the rating of this property, you will be highly disappointed. FYI this is the first hotel review I’ve ever done and we travel a lot, thats how disappointed I was.

For the price of my stay, $300 for two nights, I expected it to be a nicer hotel. Only 1 light bulb worked in the office lamps, rust in the bathroom, standing water when we arrived in the bathtub, and the phone call I received from the manager over a charger I didn’t borrow, was off putting. I wouldn’t stay here again as there are better alternatives next door.
