It says its a newly renovated property and it far from it...very dirty and gross

Pool closed because a dog went swimming in it. Water was shutoff for whole building for a period of time. Staff not super friendly. Had a random worker start to walk in room without knocking. Then saw me and was like hi can I look in your closet? The breakfast has been above average. They did try and close it before it was over.

Our toilet was plugged. The ice machine didn’t work. Heating system was loud. Bathroom off of main entrance did not lock properly so people can walk in on you. And someone let their dog poop on the side walk in front of the cars and my husband stepped in it in the dark. What a mess. Breakfast was okay but cold food.

Room was very dirty. Food from previous stay was still in the refrigerator. Manager was very rude. Police were down the hall dealing wjth a disturbance in another room. Children were racing up and down the hall on luggage carts until well past midnight. I would not recommend this place.

Won't book again.

Room wasn't ready for over 90 minutes past check in. Pools were drained which is one of the main reasons we booked the room for kids. Lastly, the front desk check in gal was so sick, she could hardly function. I really felt bad for her. No way she should have been working.
