We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful hotel, comfortable bed, Fully stacked room with a washing machine. Walking distance to sights and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast had lots of options. Loved having a hotel with an Onsen.

The only thing that lets this hotel down is having to check yourself in and out. It never feels as welcoming when you are expected to deal with a machine when you have staff standing at the desk doing nothing unless you need help. No thank you for staying with us - just a machine telling you you have checked out. Everything else was spot on and comfortable - the free daily snacks, drinks and rice dinner was appreciated. The champagne was particularly nice😀

I enjoyed my stay at Soki Kanazawa. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room was very clean and nicely laid out. The restaurant in the hotel serves great Japanese breakfasts and the dinner Chef's kaiseki is fabulous. The restaurant staff is very good too. The location was ideal for my 4 night stay in Kanazawa. The only suggestion I have is for more lighting to be set up over the cabinet, refrigerator, counter area. That area is quite dark at night

The hotel was surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of pretty busy areas. The location is amazing as it’s only a five minute walk to both Omicho street market and Kanazawa M’Za.

Hotel is perfectly located and the room is very nice.

Favorite place we stayed during our week trip! Very relaxing with onsen and the staff was amazing!
