Alarm over intercom kept going off saying emergency but never what it was leaving you wondering if fire or someone with gun or what. This started @ 2:50 waking us up. Finally someone said it was nothing over intercom. There was no suger for coffee & norhing to stir the cream into it. Lamp beside bed didnt work. No clock in room. Plus hate the fact no buffet.

It was ok I just did a review on something else you guys asked so no detail. I know the dining was being redone or something so had to eat off a limited and overpriced menu. I won some $ so that's nice but I didn't think 95% of the employees were friendly more like they were eyeballing you and I see the crowd they get but dealers especially should be more inviting, the scowl so I played machines. The baccarat dealer was awesome but I don't know his name or that game so didn't stick around long. It's fine but don't pay a lot or $ for it it's just an adult arcade.

We will be back

We stayed 2 separate nights on our trip, going and coming home. Both visits, our room was clean and everything worked as it should. We enjoyed the restaurant near the lobby. Casino was fun. The bellmen are wonderful!!

This property is very dated and smells musty. Only one restaurant was open and they were out of a lot of food. The bed was very hard so hard to sleep on. There was mold growing around the bathroom shower. This hotel definitely needs an update.

Ballys Hotel and Casino July 26, 2025 Rm.411 I reserve a room at Bally's to celebrate my husband birthday and the Casino experience thinking this was a 4 star hotel more like Motel 6. We arrived, no room available, waiting for room to be cleaned. Paid $347 for a 1 night stay. Bally's Hotel and Casino is a ripped off. Please everyone check the reviews before book with this hotel. Had to wait 45 minutes or longer. Public restrooms in the lobby both men and women had 8 stalls but 1 working, thats not a good look. Then we go to our room. This is what a 4 star hotel experience, thats false advertisement. Carpet has 2 large size stains. The room had a smell. The decorative chair was faded. The bed had no blanket. We requested a blanket, we got bedspread with big hole and parts coming unrivaled.Just unacceptable. We called for front desk to get better service, they stalled. About hour later, housekeeping came with another bedspread. Since the hotel was fully booked, we could not changed rooms.They ignored us with what we requested, even to talk with management, kept transferring us back to front desk. That's not professional, nor the hotel. Then all these taxes, ridiculous, swindling people out their money. Never again we will stay there!!

On Tuesdays, the restaurants are all closed. There’s a lot of construction going on out front, but the staff is very friendly overall with a few exceptions. There was a new fella at the deli downstairs Jason or Jaylin, who was doing an awesome job as a new employee. We enjoyed the gambling floor and the games were all very exciting. Lovely town of Shreveport and across the street is to Sandra‘s on the riverfront. The price was excellent and better than a military rate ha ha ha. Thank you for a fun day overall.!

NOT TO PLEASANT

OMG!!! where do I begin :( I’m guess house dirty the room was , THANK GOD we were only there 3 nights and used room to sleeping because we were out visiting family for the first time :) THEY EVEN OFFER US TO COME STAY W/THEM. but we did not want to impose. Also only three employees ever smiled the entire time ( HOW SAD) the room apparently a smoking room they passed off as non smoking . Cigaret burns on carpet and room NEEDS DEEP CLEANING , the dust was so thick u could see dust balls on lamp shades , looks as if someone threw coffee across room it was stained on lamp shade YUCKY!!! mold build up in restroom. I could go on an on but will stop. What’s happening to Shreveport LA :( my parents born an raised there IT SURE HAS GONE TO CRAP IN PAST 14 yrs DUST BUNNIES AS FAR AS THE EYE CAN SEE Oh yeah let’s not forget remote control and the crappy dresser , as I tried to open it to place clothes the knob came off the dresser would not open :( KEPT CLOTHES)

We prepaid for our room and had a guaranteed late arrival, checked in at midnight and was told our room was sold and no availability. After much discussion, they located a room for us. Booked two queen beds but received one king bed room. Not happy!!!!!
