Check in was at 4pm and when we got there at 5:30pm they said they didn’t have any clean rooms and that they would call us when a room was ready and could not tell us how long it would be. Two hours later they called and said a room was ready. We told them we were at dinner and would be back shortly. They called 5 minutes later and said if we didn’t get there soon they would give our room away.

Was told at check in we had to wait on housekeeping to clean a room and would be called in about 20 minutes when a room was ready. About 45 minutes later (6 pm with 4 pm check in) I went back to the front desk and was assigned a room. Upon entering the room it was dirty. The toilet had urine and hair on the seat and hair in the toilet. Surfaces in the room were dirty.

The room was nice however we did not have a view of the river, which we reserved. Staff was accommodating with extra towels. However, there’s hardly anything open on Monday and Tuesday. It was difficult to get a cup of coffee that tasted decent.
