Cockroaches and Smoke

The hotel was run down and did not match the images at all. There were cockroaches in the room and smelled of smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. However the man working the front counter was very accommodating, helpful, and understanding. HE deserves a RAISE.

The rooms were absolutely horrible, stains on every surface, carpet was sticky, roaches everywhere, dirty used sheets- there was a toenail in my bed. The staff was very very friendly but everything else is a nightmare.

Sorry place to stay

My stay was frustrating. Building, facilities and room weren't clean. Water pressure was very low, bed weren't comfortable and the TV had static an every channel. Required a $25 deposit on cc without notice 5-7 days to refund. We shall see! Definitely wouldn't recommend even forbthe $87 price!

I was charged a cancellation fee because the hotel did not cancel the reservation in time. Good luck with trying to get anything resolved I was delayed for 3 months on this issue. I had a problem with people stealing and this includes Staff. Terrible Customer Service

Avoid!

The list of what was wrong is extensive, but here is a glimpse...no pillowcases, the bed was not made and still had the unwashed sheets from the previous guest, on the bed, the shower did not work, and there was no one to rememdy the situation. Avoid at all costs!

The staff was nice, but the rooms are HORRIBLE my covers and pillows were dirty. The sink looks like someone had just finish shaving and tried to clean it up but left hair. The water was brown I saw that due to the fact the sink was stopped up. My room also had ROACHES. I said forget it an slept in my car due to the fact I was leaving out early the next day.
