Wonderful stay! The staff went out of their way to make sure my stay was A+. My only complaint is the towels were old.

We had such a warm and welcoming experience from start to finish. The team truly made us feel at home, building genuine interpersonal connections that made our stay extra special. Every morning, we were treated to a freshly made Moroccan breakfast prepared just for us—delicious and full of local flavor. They were always available to answer questions and help with anything we needed, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a personal and authentic stay! Beds and rooms very comfy, pool area is an oasis of calm. Restaurant is slightly chaotic with staff running around everywhere but overall great.

Communication with hotel very poor. Sent messages via Expedia and email before arrival and received no response. There is no hotel shuttle, they will send you a taxi and will charge you higher rate. Much cheaper and faster to get an uber. The service in the hotel is pretty average or below average. There is only one or two people that were really outstanding, real shame, below expectations.
