Overall neat, staff is very nice. The only thing that was disappointing and it also happened on our last visit this summer was that the rooms are never ready for 4 p.m..... Can be frustrating after a long drive. Also, the carpets are always very dirty.....as for the water park, the water was cold. Many families were complaining for the same issue

We weren’t given a room until 2 hours after check-in. The hotel was dirty. Rugs in shared spaces and our room needed to be vacuumed. There were hairs in my shower. It was so loud in our room until after 11:00. They ran out of extra pillows for the sleeper sofa. I’ve never experienced such dirty conditions, noise and waits at any other hotel I’ve stayed in. There was a 45 minute wait to be seated in their mostly empty restaurant because the kitchen was behind because they were short staffed. The excuse we were given about our check-in wait was also that they were short staffed.

physical accommodations were good and generally clean. The staff however were both rude (at the coffee shop in the lobby) and , when the power went out at 8:30pm- no staff could tell us if life saftey systems like heating (it was 5 degrees outside that night) and fire saftey were supported by an alt power source. Not a single manager in sight during the whole ordeal. And to top it off- NO person answers the phones.

Breakfast the menu is small, the water park I feeling was is smaller for the size the hotel and people, if you parking the back the hotel if don’t have the key can’t go inside have to work on the cool weather to go inside.

Had a great time! The arcade was lots of fun, kids loved the water park. The room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and great. Couple things I would plan for next time is coming early and swimming before check in, and bringing some drinks, snacks from home. I do wish there were some clear gluten free menu items, but that’s just a wish. Overall we had a wonderful time and would come back. It’s a great location with lots of things nearby to do.
