The on echoing the room temperature was set to 58 degrees. Didn’t heat up until a day later. Bathtub water pressure was non existent. Staff didn’t offer any accommodations or assistance regarding my complaints. Hot tub gave me an eye infection.

Good spot, reliable hotel.

The hotel is old, and awkward to navigate. It's well located by the outlets and a Starbucks, walking distance to the delicious Log Jam restaurant. Breakfast is generic just-add-water eggs and sausage, prepackaged muffins, and bulk cereal - all quite "safe" food for travelers. A cessibility wise I don't remember seeing a single elevator in the hotel, and there are stairs in random places (two to get from lobby to hallway where rooms are?). Walking up and down the stairs you feel like your foot could go through the plywood under the very worn carpet. All that said I stay here fairly often for single night stays for business trips in the winter and find it a-ok for the price. I look forward to them renovating one day. It's a great spot.

Needs updating/upkeep

We love to stay at the Clarion whenever visiting Lake George. This last stay could have been better, we booked the suite that seemed decent upon arrival. However after settling in, I started to notice the smell of cigarette smoke, my husband confirmed. The furniture could be more toddler friendly, the lamp shades can use a good cleaning, the hot tub had dirt/mold around the jets. We had an amazing Mountain View when walking up in the morning. It is time to perform upkeep of the rooms, if this is not done soon then I foresee booking and rating will decrease.
