They have gym area never clean it, they have only on microwave for the entire building, they don't do home service you have to ask for new towels every single day, they have a nfc badge to open the door they not working well my time there was really bad.

Ok honest review, I was scared reading what’s on google right now but this wasn’t bad at all, yes it needs work and is an older property but absolutely a great night stay, the hallways and room smelled fresh and clean, the beds were clean and comfortable, the fridge was cold, no coffee but that’s ok with Dunkin near by, the water pressure was great and heated up fast, there was no fan in the bathroom which would have been helpful because it got quite steamy, didn’t use the pool but it looked beautiful… the carpets need to be replaced, there were holes in the bathroom wall filled with toilet paper, the toiletries were the smallest I’ve ever seen, there were no towels until we asked and then only two, like no hand towel or anything, there was no restaurant on site which would be fun… some TLC would totally make this place amazing, but it was great value and I would come back again! Oh and the housekeeper I met was fabulous, everyone we talked to was super nice! Also they had functional good ice makers!

Cleaning was limited to changing sheets and towels, behind the toilet there were toothpicks from the other guest, and to make matters worse, inside the shower, there were hair remains from some waxing done by the previous guest, simply disgusting.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this property. While the property itself is large, the customer service was poor. Staff only processed check-in and did not make any effort to explain directions to the rooms. The room conditions were unacceptable—there were ants, and the furniture was in very poor condition. The special chair provided was so unstable that I was afraid to sit on it. Much of the property was unclean and poorly maintained. It almost felt abandoned, as though no one truly cared for it. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and disappointing.

It is possible that our room (274) had a recent infestation of bed bugs. I would like to suggest that a professional check the room for bed bugs as only my wife had many bites. She slept in the bed closest to the A/C. It was only after we left that she noticed the bites (but noticed being itchy after the first night). As bed bugs are so pervasive in the USA now such 'colonies' are unavoidable but prompt treatment before the infestation is serious can prevent them from migrating and can limit the problem.

This was a very no frills experience. It’s bare bones and run down, very run down. The staff and level of cleanliness was fine despite how worn everything is. Just literally everything from the floors to the furniture is falling apart. The fridge in our room was falling over with a missing foot, towel bar just broken and left that way, same with the assistance bar in the shower and the mount for the hairdryer was falling off the wall. I don’t regret staying or anything, just outlining what to expect. It’s the lowest price option around. I wasn’t expecting perfect accommodations. My suggestion to the owner is to bare minimum, replace the carpets. They’re super gross and just messed up….and the tubs/enclosure. The place just looks like it’s literally never seen a renovation of any kind.

Our hotel room was very nice, check in and out was fast and easy. We were woken up by landscaping very early on Saturday, so that was unfortunate. Otherwise, very quiet. Seemed like we had the hotel to ourselves. The toilet reservoir overflowed the night we arrived, but never did it again after that, however it was running non-stop. AC was also not working well, but fortunately the window did open for fresh air. Hotel was close by Sleepy Hollow, and one of the most affordable near the town. Overall, not disappointed. Would book here again on my next trip.

The room was spacious and decent. There was black mold in the bathroom and stains all over the carpet. The door safety latch on the door looks like it had been broken down multiple times.

Arrived late at night and wanted to go straight to bed. We get there and we turn on the lights and the room had roaches on every wall. Go to the bathroom and roaches there too. We tried to stay but we couldn’t sleep knowing the conditions. Left after an hr. Never been to a hotel so disgusting and unsafe.
