We loved staying at the bergwelt resort. Maybe the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff is friendly and very helpful. You can even book tours and activities directly through the front desk. Beautiful resort. We will come back

To be exact, this review should really be for the Hey Hotel as I got upgraded to a family room, which was a pleasant surprise. Long story short, I originally had a reservation at an apartment but as I misunderstood the check-in time, I had to scramble to book one night stay at The Guesthouse since we arrived late at around 11pm. The Guesthouse/Hey Hotel is probably the one of the very few that could accommodate late check-in. My family was pleasantly surprised to be informed by Arnis that we got upgraded. As it was quite late at night already and we have been on the train pretty much whole day, this was certainly a much welcomed gesture. The room was very spacious and clean

Very accessible to/from attractions in the surrounding areas.

If I go there again, absolutely sleep here. staffs and location are super well. My room has panoramic view and balcony. very close to terminal for Jungfrau gondola and city bus stop.

Service desk were lovely. Spa area and massage amazing.

The property itself is gorgeous and well equipped. I booked for 1 night and only if I have more time to spend in the hotel. The only thing is the bar tender in the hotel is not polite at all and it seems he does not like to serve or be asked about questions. All the other staffers are exceptionally polite thoigh
