So I did come in a bit early, like 60 minutes from normal check in time but as a silver elite i thought there might be an accommodation made and if not I would gladly wait till normal time. The clerk offered me a room that was not what i reserved and that kind of put me off. Then as I am being checked in after a 30 minute wait because did not answer back on the radio the other clerk is handing out discounts for food and vouchers for breakfast but my clerk offered none of those to me. When I went up to the room housekeeping was still finishing and after they left and i went in i could see the biggest pet peeve i have, which is hair in the shower, sink or floor of the bathroom. I did go to the restaurant and the bartender was very good, food that I ordered also was very good. But the front desk clerk and the room issue really diminished my deserve to stay there again.

Convenient Hotel with Super Shuttle Service

The front desk had a line. The computer system was not working correctly, so paper forms needed to be filled out. It would have been nice to have had 2 people working at the desk because they were very busy.

The front desk clerk was awesome. He gave me a bottle of Powerade after I was experiencing leg cramps while checking in. After a few minutes the leg cramps disappeared. 😊
