The water park was fun, but our hotel stay was less than ideal. There is only 1 elevator for the whole building, with such high volume that we always used the stairs instead. From inside your hotel room you can hear everything in the hall, the room next to you, and the footsteps of guests upstairs.

Hotel getting old and some major maintenance is required. Old and noisy AC/heating unit. The sofa bed mattress is dead, you can feel the springs in your bones. I asked to change it but it never happened. My 6 years old couldn’t sleep on it, he spent the 3 nights squeezed in our bed. The 2 twin beds are not comfortable, you keep sinking. The only thing that keeps this hotel going is the indoor water park.

Good size room (2 queen beds) and lots of fun for the family. Check in and check out were smooth. Front desk and maintenence staff were friendly, and the lifeguards were very attentive. Room for improvements in the room: sink didn't drain because the plug was stuck. 2 mattresses were sagging and very soft. This place is heaven for kids.

The staff there was so friendly and helpful. Very understanding with our young crazy family. My kids loved the waterpark and hotel stay and Christmas activities. We will definitely be back! The room was modest, could be a little tidier and maybe get some updates but accommodated us well! Again we loved our time there!

The hotel was decorated so nice and festive . Greeted by staff . Check-in was easy . Went at 12pm room was already ready . Activities almost every hour for the kids . Our food was good . We made sand art . We did arcade . We did the water park . Fun time for the 7 of us in 2 rooms .

Staff was tremendous, however, we ran out of hot water for showers at night. More importantly the indoor water park was incredibly cold, water temp was definitely in the mid 70s, and room temp wasn't much better.

The beds were uncomfortable. Woke up with a stiff back. Slept on 🛋️ second night. Water park was freezing. Toilets clogged. No hot water in room No toilet paper ! None of it was corrected while we were there...and the staff couldn't get the hint ppl were freezing when ppl were in the water park in coats!

We had to wait for our room, it was not ready when we checked in on time. Very noisy while trying to sleep, car alarms going off all night and children running around all night. The tv in the room would constantly shut off for no reason.
