There was hair in the bathtub upon arrival. We had not yet used the shower and it was still dirty from the previous person. While checking in the lady was so rude she wouldn’t look at me and didn’t respond to my questions so I asked the valet people and they were helpful. The lady who helped me check out was very polite. The valet was great, however, I was not told that I would be charged extra for having the Thule on my roof. I still have not been refunded my deposit.

Great location and excellent service.

Excellent location. We were attending a soccer game at Providence Park, only 8 blocks away. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Tavern was convenient to catch a light lunch. Very polite staff.

Everything was great except for the free parking. The lot is extremely narrow parallel parking. Have to back out. and when doing this at night I backed into a black metal stairway that had no safety curb and it blew out my back window and damaged the rear hatch. Had to then drive 3 hours home instead of staying due to safety of my vehicle.
