We’ve stayed at the Ibis Hotel Southampton three times now with our family, and it never disappoints. The property is always spotlessly clean and pleasantly quiet, and the staff provide excellent customer service throughout our stay. We always pick this hotel when visiting relatives in Southampton because of its unbeatable convenience. It’s perfectly located near the city centre, Pure Gym, the cinema, and major shopping spots, making everything easily accessible. The breakfast selection is also great and great value too. As regular guests, we would be grateful if the manager might consider offering a 10% discount on future stays to reward our loyalty. We’re already looking forward to coming back again soon! Was quite disappointed with the continental breakfast what was given wasn’t what was on the picture no baguette looked dry and stale, The bedrooms didn’t have plug sockets by the bed to charge your phone they was all by the tv, The cleanliness of the rooms was good and had clean towels and bedding.

It was a lovely stay with my son and my partner. The room was spacious and clean. The bathrobes and slippers are nice extras. Lovely surroundings/grounds to the hotel. Staff were overall nice however when we arrived (early before our check in), the lady didn't seem friendly or pleasant at first and welcoming. When i said and acknowledged that we have arrived way early before check in, she changed her tone and was more polite. We wanted to stay a the hotel to relax in the bar before check in but there was no staff at the bar. However i would definitely stay here again.

Pubic hair in shower otherwise room clean. A good view for a cheaper room. Very spacious room with nice furniture. Jacuzzi not working, stairs to pool feel dangerous. Bar was a nice area in evening for a drink or two. Breakfast had a lot of choice but hot food was almost cold which was a shame, buffets need refreshing. Roast potatoes in breakfast? If you remove the American hash browns from the English breakfast at least put bubble and squeak on. All staff interactions were great.

Our room was clean and well prepared. The full english breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and the bar was well attended in a very pleasant ambience. All the staff were very pleasant helpful and professional, you couldn't ask for better.
