Compare Ski Hotels in Southington

The property is located next to a nightclub, so spending Friday and Saturday nights at this hotel was absolutely unbearable. Because of this, I requested to leave earlier than originally planned and I was told it was not a problem, so I changed my plans and checked out on Sunday morning. The narrative changed and they started charging my card almost random numbers. I called several times only to be forwarded to the manager who did not respond to my calls. When I pulled up I was greeted by an enormius rat running across the lot. The lobby reeked of a oke.. Both ciggies and weed. Hallways as well. Room was smoke free and comfy but noisy af with amtrack station next door.

Place is well worn. It was clean in the room. Bed was comfortable. The rest was extremely well worn out, floors, bathroom etc.

The whole experience was nice

Very old rooms that are barely still functional. It appears that a portion of the hotel is undergoing renovations, but it did not look like any of the those rooms are open yet. The included Breakfast was ok.

It was advertised as waterfront view. I could see the water but the interstate 95 was in the way. Also the entire area smelled like Marajuana. There were two dispensaries right next door to the hotel. Also the area seemed a little sketchy. Many people hanging out in the lobby and surrounding areas. I don’t think that they were guests but one never knows. The room was clean. Staff were extremely helpful. We just stayed one night and that’s probably as much as I would ever stay if in a pinch.
