Disgustingly dirty. Mold growing all over the bathroom. Carpet was sticky. Room smelled. Blanket on bed dirty. Staff were pleasant. Bed was comfortable if you could try to put the dirtiness out of your mind. Shower water pressure was good, but had to close your eyes to all the mold growing. Phone had no service/no place to plug into, couldn’t even call front desk from room. Just NO

Not impressed and would never stay there again. Place is unkempt and not maintained properly. Mold in bathroom grout was a turn off. Some kind of oily substance on pool surface. Hotel is just run down and looks like a cheap hotel. Elevator floors were also dirty. No thanks again.
I had to switch rooms because the first bathroom was just nasty
Pool had some liquid on top of the water, looked like oil.

Never cleaned our room for 3 days. Had to go ask for towels every nite. And when they finally did clean our room house keeping locked the lock and we couldn't even get into room. We had to get another room for the nite till there maintenance guy came in the next morning. Definitely would not recommend to anyone

Where do I begin? Booked online and clicked on directions. It took me to a different hotel completely. I have multiple pics of the bathroom with gross mold in the shower/tub. Lighting fixtures rusty.. one worked & one didn’t. A hole in the sofa. Furniture chewed up in multiple places. The first floor sliding door was unlocked. Really makes me rethink using Expedia again.

Breakfast was OK, Not completely ready at 7 am on Saturday. The plastic utensils were the cheapest I have seen anywhere. Very difficult to cut waffles. Room was OK. Shower was the BEST. Towels pretty thin. My husband uses a cane and walking long distances are hard for him. The elevator was far away. The second elevator was out of service. Disappointing since we had stayed here about 9 months ago and there was the same problem. If I have to return to the area again, I would stay somewhere else, unless I could be assured that both elevators were working.

Check-in and checkout were easy and staff was nice. The place in general needs some upkeep and cleaning. The matt at entry looks like it hadn’t been been vaccumed in at least a week. The grout in the shower needs to be scrubbed or redone. Didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower. Dropped my glasses on the floor and fell under the bed and the dust and plastic glove under the bed was NASTY. I won’t be returning.

Room claimed it was two queen beds. The beds were no bigger than doubles. Room & hallways smelled. Garbage was laying about the property. Facility, rooms & bathrooms are tired looking and in need of a major renovation. Would not stay here again. Not as Expedia described in its description and rating.

The room smelled like cigarettes immediately upon entering. There were mold spots and brown smudges throughout the bathroom. Lots of loud people around and a loud train going by frequently.
