Overall my review of the staff and property... Meh.

Cold breakfast only

The bathroom smelled bad, light didn’t work, and the individual checking us in was not very friendly. The morning crew was much more friendly.

Great clean rooms.

We have stayed at the another hotel in town many times. We tried Best Western because it was a lot less expensive. I must say I was very scared and unsure. I’m very picky, and I was pleasantly surprised. It was a very vintage looking room but it was clean and I actually liked that it took my back in time. The location of the bedroom door was convenient because we were traveling with our dog. The grounds were well maintained and I loved the waterfall feature. I would stay here again over the more expensive hotel in town. It was so much better!!

The shower was tricky to figure out. The handle s would just keep turning either directions. The walls are so thin we could hear the people next door talking clearly.
