We were very pleasantly surprised how clean this hotel was. They were doing renovations, but the room was wonderful. The front desk worker was so kind, and the breakfast was amazing!

Great rooms with the remodel, and the restaurant was fantastic. Was not expecting that good of food in Rock Springs and the bartender stayed open late for a few people that were there. The pool was huge and nice. Will definitely stay there every time I’m in Rock Springs.

This is the best hotel experience we’ve had in a very long time. From the room layout and cleanliness to the comfortable bed with the cozy blanket and duvet (white and freshly laundered) and blackout shades. Everything was nicely done. The bar was a wonderful amenity, the restaurant food was fantastic and the staff - ALL AROUND - absolutely every staff person we came in contact with - were very kind and helpful. The continental breakfast was so delicious. We had a custom order omelette - over the top service!!!! Our truck broke down the Saturday that we arrived. Therefore, we had to stay an additional night for engine service on Monday. We ended up having to book Monday evening as well because we weren’t sure when our truck would be repaired. Thankfully, it was repaired by 3:30pm and we are currently continuing on our journey to CA. The hotel front desk person was able to assist a refund for the night we didn’t have to stay. This is a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it. We will return on our future trips out west. Thanks to all of the staff for being so kind and helpful!!!
